Baby Cakes is our way of celebrating the first child born in Liberal on Pancake Day each year. It's a tradition to welcome the newest member of our community.
For the 76th International Pancake Day, we welcomed Averi Mote, daughter of Lesly Arriaga and Trevor Mote from Hooker, OK, to the world at 10:51am. Averi was 20.5", 8lbs 13oz.
