Explore local small businesses in search of a flapjack. It could be hidden or in plain sight! Once it’s found, please do not move or handle the flapjack. All that is required is an employee’s signature next to the participating business on the flyer. Then, simply turn in the completed flyer into The Pancake Day Hall of Fame, 318 N Lincoln, on or before Feb. 21st, between 10-3pm to be entered for a prize drawing.
